Q: Where do we send our designs? 

A: Once you've placed your order, please send your designs to orders@kandycocktail.com and include your Order Number.

Q: What type of design do you accept?   

A: Please make sure your design does not include images, thin lines or bright colors for best printing results. We only accept PNG file format. We don't make any adjustments to designs. We print exactly as received.

Q: What is the turnaround time?

A: Production turnaround time is 15 business days from date of order placed.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: No, we do not offer refunds. We offer store credit to orders that are canceled before they are fulfilled. If you are unhappy with your product, please email orders@kandycocktail.com to file a claim. After further research, if we find we have made any errors with your order, you may receive store credit.

Q: What are the toppers made out of?

A: We use 100% edible ink and wafer paper made out of potato starch.

Q: Do you offer bulk orders?

A: Yes, we highly encourage you to order in bulk. You will receive toppers at a discounted price when ordering in bulk. Orders start at a qty of 500. Visit our shop to order.

 

Q: Do you offer pick up?

A: Yes, you can pick up. However, we do not offer expedited orders. Production turnaround time is 8-12 business days.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping.

Q: Where can I track my order?

A: We ship with USPS Priority Mail. Once you received your tracking number, you can track your order here.

 

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Our turnaround time is 8-12 days, so we do not offer refunds if you didn't get your order on time for your event. Please order ahead. Once we ship and your order is received by USPS, we are not responsible for any delays on delivery. We ship with USPS Priority Mail.

Q: What if I receive a damaged product?

A: If your product is damaged or you received the wrong order, please reach out to orders@kandycocktail.com to start a claim and request a refund.

Q: What is the shelf life storage time for the toppers?

A: Shelf life storage time is 2 years. Once topper is placed into drink, ink dissolves in one hour and wafer lasts much longer.

Q: When should I place my order?

A: Please keep in mind we are a small business. Plan ahead and order in advance so you can make sure you receive your order in plenty of time before your event.
